Kent E. Irwin, PT, DHS, GCS, is an Associate Professor in the Physical Therapy Program at Midwestern University. His clinical interests include the treatment of older adults with musculoskeletal conditions as well as acute care physical therapy. He has published on osteoarthritis of the knee, cultural competence and clinical decisions in patient care, professionalism, and safe student performance in physical therapy education. Dr. Irwin is a member of the Academies of Geriatric Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Education.
