Registration Information and Policies


PT REVITALIZE  is open to physical therapy professionals, early careers, students and non-PT professionals. IPTA/WPTA members and students receive discounted rates. Attendees can opt to attend one day or both days of the event. An earlybird registration rate will be available. Last day to register for the Conference is April 13, 2020. Walk-in registrations will be accepted at the conference ONLY AS SPACE PERMITS.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by April 13, 2020. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after April 13, 2020. Submit all requests to REVITALIZE Registration via email at ipta@ipta.org. The IPTA & WPTA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Eligibility Policy
The purchase of the REVITALIZE 2020 Conference Assembly Admission ticket is limited to IPTA members. The purchase of REVITALIZE 2020 Student Admission tickets is limited to students currently enrolled as Physical Therapist Students (SPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant Students (SPTA).

Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet eligibility policies. The IPTA & WPTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.

Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of discount codes is only valid only for IPTA/WPTA members and at the time of the initial purchase/ registration. Discount codes may be combined with earlybird discounts but are limited to one (1) discount code per registration, with the exception of anniversary discounts codes, which can be combined with other discounts. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase.

Substitution Policy
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to ipta@ipta.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IPTA/WPTA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IPTA/ WPTA and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, event sponsor and exhibitors, and presenters.

Registration Policy: IPTA’s Assembly of Representatives
Due to the importance of ensuring that a quorum is present, arranging seating and reporting counts to the facility, the Illinois Chapter Office will establish a deadline for registration to attend the Assembly of Representatives. Registrations will not be accepted once the deadline has passed. This policy was adopted by the IPTA BOD as of 07.10.14.
