Carly Franzese is a 3rd year DPT student at Northern Illinois University. She completed her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University with a Behavioral Science degree in Exercise Science and a minor in child development. Her clinical interests include pediatrics and acute rehabilitation. She went into physical therapy to help people live to their fullest potential and became interested in Parkinson’s disease (PD) research after treating a patient with PD and getting the opportunity to present an inservice on rhythmic auditory stimulation on my second clinical rotation.
