Caroline DeGroot received her bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan and her Masters in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. She passed the Herdman Vestibular Competency based course at Emory University in 2004 and was invited to attend Advances in Vestibular Rehabilitation: A Competency Renewal Course in 2014 at Duke University. In 2005, Caroline started the Vestibular Program at Athletico educating and mentoring clinicians on treating this patient population and educating physicians to add and grow the service line within the company. In 2013 Concussion care was added as an extension of the Vestibular Program. Caroline managed the program at Athletico from 2005-2015. Her experience with vestibular rehabilitation and concussion care combined with her passion for treating athletes has provided her the opportunity to treat professional athletes in the NFL, NHL, and other college and professional sports.
