Erin DiCapo, PT, DPT, NCS earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2006 and Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008, both from Marquette University. The majority of her full-time clinic work took place in the outpatient Day Rehab setting, but she has also worked in inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, home health and hospice settings. She became a board certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy in 2012. Erin has been a member of the APTA since 2005 and further serves the profession as a peer-reviewer for the journal Topics in Stroke Rehabilitation and as an item writer for the National Physical Therapy Examination in 2014. Erin has been involved in education of both PT and PTA students since 2012 serving in the roles of guest lecturer, faculty, and Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education. She is currently the Program Director for the PTA Program at Malcolm X College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago.
