Keith Knurr is currently a sports physical therapy resident at UW-Health in Madison, WI and will be completing his residency training August of 2019. He then will be pursuing a PhD through the Graduate Program in Clinical Investigation at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a focus on investigating ways to optimize quadriceps function and running gait mechanics following ACL-Reconstruction. Keith was the recipient of the 2017 WPTA Tracy Rasor Sports Medicine Scholarship, the 2018 American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy Outstanding Student Award, and was awarded an Institute of Clinical Research TL1 Pre-Doctoral Training Grant in 2019. He has given numerous scientific presentations at national meetings. Keith is passionate about investigating methods to improve rehabilitation following ACL-reconstruction so that athletes can return to sport successfully.
