Thomas Dillon, PT, DPT, OCS Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University Multispecialty Clinic, received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University. He has more than 9 years of experience in the out-patient orthopedic/sports medicine setting. He has experience with developing clinics, managing staff, and developing pre-op and post-op therapeutic protocols for hip surgeries. As a clinical assistant professor he assists with the integration of DPT students into clinic environments with real patient care. He is an adjunct faculty member for several simulated clinic sessions, as well as assists in other DPT curriculum courses. Dr. Dillon is a certified orthopedic specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy specialists. His active research includes investigation of the lumbar multifidus muscle and sacroiliac joint stability. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
