Mary Rahlin, PT, DHS, Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy, is Associate Professor, Assistant Program Director, and Director of Faculty-Led Student Research in the Department of Physical Therapy at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL. Her research interests include development of outcome measures for infants with torticollis, assessment and management of therapy-related behavior, and efficacy of physical therapy intervention for infants with torticollis and children with cerebral palsy. Dr. Rahlin is the first author of the Functional Symmetry Observation Scale for infants with congenital muscular torticollis, as well as the author of the Therapy Behavior Scale for infants and toddlers, birth to 3 years of age, and a textbook titled Physical Therapy for Children with Cerebral Palsy: An Evidence-Based Approach.
